I just wanted to send a little note to thank you to all the office staff for helping me with my foot and ankle issues over the last year.  I am now being treated by a Pain Management Doctor with a specialty in Neurology who has since prescribed me with a nerve medicine, as you recommended during my six month follow up and initial evaluation a few months back.  I am hopeful that this medicine will alleviate at least some of the nerve symptoms so that I can finally be able to conduct my normal daily activities without as much pain and discomfort.

Best regards to a great group of people who I will happily recommend to any of my coworkers needing physical therapy and who I will surely use again if I ever need to.

Ode to my therapist crazy but  true.  You wouldnt believe the crazy stuff she makes me do.  Walk like a monster and cause myself all types of pain.  You better believe it  my therapist is insane  At first she appears little and cute.  After 2.4 seconds though you wanna give her the boot   I think she enjoys watching me make faces and cry.  Her husband must be some kind of sadistic guy.  Each week together we would spend 6 hours. I  swear I think she has some type of manipulative power.  I kid and I joke but this last part is especially true.  She helped me overcome the hardest part of my life through and through.  She didnt make therapy feel like a chore For this and so much more I  thank Rita  for.  I will miss you dearly.  Thank you for your support  and helping hands and guiding heart....I will never forget you.   Allison S
